Strategic Goals:
Engaged as Project Manager to implement one enterprise tool that allows Clinical Document Improvement (CDI) specialists and HIM Coders to evaluate clinical documentation and provide feedback to improve it prior to the patient’s departure from the hospital.
Scope of Work:
· Brought the CDI and HIM leaders together from each site to collaborate on the build for 3M 360.
· Worked with the IT application team to establish appropriate processes for system updates and support.
· Setup education program with system CDI and Coding leaders and 3M 360 and developed go live support schedule.
· Worked with 3M development team to work through technical challenges.
