Strategic Goals:
Engaged as Program Director to deploy Philips Physiological Monitors at the bedside and wireless technology across the Enterprise (over 900 monitors in 35 distinct clinical areas) within 18 months while managing a capital budget greater than $25M. Decrease monitoring related safety events via this work.
Scope of Work:
· For the 22 projects, performed planning, analysis, and design for implementing the Philips Physiological Monitors and the wireless technology while ensuring successful deployment of the technology.
· Developed aggressive timeline to roll out the technology by engaging key stakeholders.
· Established diverse resource team including IS networking, Clinical Engineering, Supply Chain, Clinical Educators, Registered Nurses and leadership to ensure successful deployments.
· Created a Steering Committee of Executive leaders.
· Collaborated closely with Philips to obtain the needed resources for Project management, sales, wireless and appropriate technology installation.
· Identified barriers and escalated for resolution.
