Strategic Goals:
Engaged as Program Manager working alongside VP of Revenue of Cycle to lead 20 projects within 6 workstreams across the hospital and ambulatory settings.
Scope of Work:
· Chaired the monthly Program and Steering Committee meetings.
· Reviewed project artifacts including detailed timelines to ensure we would meet the October 1, 2015 deadline for this work.
· Collaborated with all Project Managers to detail road blocks and escalate for timely resolutions.
· Maintained the organizational focus during the many delays in the deadline for ICD-10.
· When go live day came, it was a “non-event” at Advocate Health Care.
