Strategic Goals:
Engaged as Project Manager working alongside the VP Acute Enterprise Care Management and Huron Consulting to standardize CDI practices across all hospitals which was projected to increase revenues by greater than $15M annually in its first year.
Scope of Work:
· Built the project team consisting of CDI and HIM leaders throughout Advocate.
· Worked with Huron to establish appropriate timelines and tasks to achieve the goal of one CDI team across the organization.
· Facilitated meetings to discuss work flow and ownership of all tasks throughout the CDI process.
· Identified barriers and escalated for resolution.
